I have purchased homes previously using banks but the Customer Service I received from Veterans United was far superior. I felt as if I was a VIP and given concierge-type service.
We actually started the application process with VU over a year ago when we decided to leave Colorado and move to Florida. It took about a year from the time we sold our house in CO and found a new home in FL, which was a feat in itself with everyone moving to Florida in the midst of the pandemic! Ben and his team provided outstanding customer service during the whole process. When we put the offer in, Ben spoke with the sellers and assured them that our loan was solid, and we could close in 35 days, which was the case! VU has a very user friendly process with all of the requested documents being very easy to upload. Overall, we had a great experience working with Ben and his team at VU and would highly recommend!! Veterans United is all about helping Service Members and Veterans on buying a home. There are many lenders out there that do the same but with this being my second time purchasing a home, Veterans United was hands down better than my previous Lender. You have to give them a chance in order to know what I mean. You will not be disappointed!

Veterans United works well with me on refiancing, not much of a change but if the long run it does. Kept me up to date of everything and setting up the in home closing, different but we got thru, Thank You Raymond Brubaker
We completed this process completely remotely and we purchased a home several states away. Veterans United made this such a seamless process.
