The only negative thing I have to say is honestly just about how aggravating the underwriting process was. I know that’s nothing against Veterans United but yeah that’s the only thing that was keeping us from closing on the home earlier. Thanks to everyone for the help!!

This was actually a smooth process considering this was the first time I did all of this online. My last mortgage was ~ 2009 and more hands-on. I did like the "to-do's list that helped me submit the documentation I needed for the lender. Eric and team were also able to capture a nice rate considering the roller-coaster of the market.
