I'm really mind boggled when I was with the Inspector too inspect the house everything was good in the house. Then when moving in my new home the central air doesn't work 😒 and the sad thing is I wasn't aware of "home warranty" now I feel like !@#$% 😐

The person that deals with the underwriter Thomas, needed to be more observant and on top of things. He almost lost me my home and I had to spend alot extra because it was delayed 10 days due to a coe.
The whole team was great answered every question quickly to help keep the process moving and was very helpful overall
