It was quick and easy. Couldn’t be happier.
Veterans united was completely inept in working thru our loan. The miniscule paperwork that came up day after day caused so much dissatisfaction. We could not believe day after day what underwriting kept finding. We were delayed 5 days in closing, left homeless, had to pay movers, move our move date. Most horrible experience of our lives.

Our loan specialist was fantastic, I changed my mind multiple times during the refinance process and I also called him during weekends and holidays..... (When normal folks would be enjoying a day off).... He always took my calls and or sent me a text message to answer a question. When something needed to be done to expedite things he let us know right away... I have held a traditional mortgage for over 20years and I wish I talked to this group sooner. As I have previously written, Todd and his entire team were always friendly, responsive and informative. And always delivered information in a timely manner. They kept me right on schedule, though I never felt pushed.

Jacob was extremely helpful, professional and very nice to work with.He made sure that we understand the process. I would highly recommend him as his follow up was quick if we had any questions.
Do extensive research into the process beforehand because they will assume you know everything already. Don’t compare them to other companies, they don’t like that. Be prepared to spend an obscene amount of money.

I have worked with John and Veterans United on three separate occasions. In each instance, John and his team always made sure I understood every step of the process.
