I've done 3 mortgages with Veteran's United now (VA, Conventional, and streamline refi). Prior to using them I did 3 mortgages with other companies so I have some experience to use as a baseline. I can say the process with Veteran's United was the easiest/smoothest of all. The tools that they provide to guide you through the process and provide the necessary documentation are very good. But most of all, my loan officer has been great! Very responsive and knowledgeable in providing all the options to get the best loan product for my needs. I recommend to my family and friends. I will always use Veteran's United for my mortgage needs in the future.

My feedback is that you should invest some money in training your team on effective communication and writing skills so the next person like me doesn’t have to go through this experience. Certainly didn’t feel like I was important nor a priority until you needed something which was often at the last minute. Overall assessment is that your team came across unorganized.
