Working with Veterans United was smooth and easy. The secure account established for exchanging personal documents and electronic signing allowed me to do everything online except the closing. However, I was able to sign half of the closing documents electronically which reduced the in-person closing time down to 20 minutes. I knew exactly what I needed to do and what the status was throughout the process. There are also alot of resources available through their website that were very informative on home financing. My loan officer, John Schnurbusch, was a great resource as well. He is very knowledgeable, answers all questions, and responds in a timely manner. I would strongly recommend using Veterans United.
