Kathy Monnig was the BOMB! I would recommend her to anyone. She was always professional, soft-spoken and patient. It did not matter how many times we called in a day, she was still the same understanding, willing to hear and answer our zillion and one questions. She comes highly recommended in our book. Overall, it was a positive experience, but call/text often for updates, and coordinate with your realtor to work with them. The timeline from pre-approval to close wasn’t entirely clear, so stay on top of that, and always text or e-mail with questions, as that’s the fastest way to get a response.

If your a first time buyer I would highly recommend you use veterans united 10 out of 10! I was a little intimidated about the whole process but veterans united made it absolutely pain free. As long as you listen to your team assigned to you and get the proper documents. You will be a very satisfied home owner at the end of the process.

Working with Veterans United was a real pleasure, they took care of us from start to finish. I would 100% recommend for any veteran that is even interested in owning their own home, to give them a call, that is all I did. I made a phone call with a question, then sat back and everyone else called me, it is one of the easiest things I have ever done. My only regret is I didn't call sooner.
