We are so happy with Veterans United they have done a great job!
We only had a couple of hiccups during the process. We were surprised when the VA would not accept a signed contract that we are purchasing new windows and required us to scrape and paint all 23 windows during January and February. But we got it done. That was not Austin's fault.
My other issue was after all the paperwork was signed in front of the notary, we were told the funds (we took out for the refi) would be in our bank after 3 days and it was not. Austin had to follow up to have the funds pushed through.
They are a good group of people and really work with you.
DO NOT USE VETERANS UNITED or FATHOM REALTY! Please go to someone who will have your best interest at heart. With this company it’s about pushing you through. My loan were sold 18 days after closing and I still do not have my closing papers.

Veterans United has been great to work with. I used them for my original mortgage and later with refinance. They lookout for the veteran.

This is the best mortgage company I've ever dealt with, mostly due to their great employees. I think they provided me with the lowest mortgage rates and the best service of any of the companies and banks out there. I've bought and refinanced homes many times and none of the companies I've used top this one.

Our first experience with Veterans United was amazing, this time, there was a lot of uncertainty and some disappointment with regard to the realtor. We're looking for service that makes us feel like we're worth their time, we won't be utilizing an agent referred by Veteran's United because it appears that the discount wasn't really worth it. Nevertheless, I'd still definitely recommend Veterans United for the work that it took to get our loan approved and home closed in 20 days, that work and hustle is amazing and we appreciate the entire team for making our dreams happen!!!
