Danielle Is great. She will be by your side the whole time. She help us buy our house and than 9 months later help us refinance our house at a lower rate. I am in my mild 60’s and she know my husband is a disabled veterans. She wanted to be sure I am able to keep my house if he were to pass. Thank you Danielle.
Ensure you stay on top of your loan team! The communication with me was minimal at best and there were a lot of questions I had to ask. In the end I wish I would've gone with a different company.There was almost no communication between me and my lending team unless I initiated it. I felt like most of the time I didn't understand what was happening and had constantly ask questions. The night prior to when I was supposed to close I was told I was good to close and they received the documents they needed from the appraiser, however the next day they said she only uploaded the documents she previously had uploaded. We ended up signing the paperwork that day but had to go home and tell our children who were all excited that we couldn't go to our new house. This was an unnecessary emotional rollercoaster for all of my family. By the time everything was done my wife and I just wanted our family in the house and weren't even excited because we were waiting for something else to go wrong.
