The whole process was a breeze. Especially liked the electronic signature app. Way cool. The numerous papers came into the portal, we signed, and it magically goes directly back to the sender.

Over all the experience was OK. I found myself following up quite a bit for documents that should have been completed yet they fell through the cracks. When my realtor, title company and myself are hounding my loan team...it doesn't look good and it happened more than I would have liked.
