I'm so happy I decided to use Veterans Home United for my Refi. I got a great interest rate i could afford, no out of pocket cost, a great loan specialist that was with me thru out the entire process keeping me informed of all thd changes and any additional information. I was dreading this process but they made it worry and Hassel free.
I believe that the loan specialist should have a virtual face with face withe client to go over everything a-z with the process. There were times in which I did not understand what was being asked for and/or why. There were many aspects of the purchase process I learned from the realtor which I assume should have come from the lendor.
The application process was very fast and very simple with Josh team, received my loan very quickly.
