It all started with a simple phone call and then we were able to get the approved for our home.
Even though they had to pull another credit report no one offered me the new rate lock. The interest rate had dropped 2 points but I guess that’s neither here nor there. It’s done! I could saved money.

Veterans United was just as fast as a conventional loan, my agent was worried it was going to be a 'problem with a VA backed loan' and it wasn't at all, we had closing paperwork with plenty of time to spare.
