This is the second time I am doing refinance with Veterans United. The first one I did with them was OUTSTANDING and one of the best service after several refinances I have done. The recent one I did was bad. Very poor communications lost track of status during different stages of the loan, and unprofessional Loan Officer(Phil). There was a verbal promise by the Loan coordinator that was not even certain. Both of them were unapologetic about their actions until the last email.
