This is my second time going with Veterans United Homes Loans. I believe my return to Veterans United speaks volumes on their over all service! The first time I used Veterans United was when I closed on my home in TN and now for my home in SC. The correspondence between my loan officer and myself was incredible. Anytime I contacted my loan officer he was right their to take the time to answer all my questions. Never once did he try to rush me off the phone or dismiss my questions. He even responded back to me on his day off, a sick day off. I have, and will continue, to recommend Veterans United Home Loans to family and friends. Thank you Veterans United for another seamless closing on my house!!! You are truly a five star customer service based company! Which is extremely hard to find these days.

This is the 3rd time we have financed/re-fi with Veterans United. The first 2 occasions were with a different Loan Specialist, went to close without any problems. The current issues may be a result of the increased volume of loans being processed by the team.
This is the second time I worked with Felicia Solomon and she, along with Veterans United, have the process down to a science. Felicia was quick and super helpful even with stuff she may have already covered. 10 out of 10, I would recommend.

I also feel that having the rep tell us that we need to give them a 10 on this survey contradicts the whole point of an anonymous survey.. sort of strong arming you to get a 10 is not right!
