Our loan team was absolutely great. From our very first call to them they explained the process, the steps, documents we would need, everything. When we had questions we could reach out by phone, text or email and they were quick with answers. They had so much patience and never once made us feel as though we were wasting their time with these questions. If/when we sell and buy again, my only wish is that we can have the same team members we had this time around.
