
I think VU needs to do a better job at sifting through good and reliable realtors. My experience with my realtor was very stressful to say the least especially as a first time homebuyer / homeowner. Other than that my experience with members of veterans united was very good.

Although VU is remote, having a local agent meant we had immediate access if needed. Amie went above and beyond to ensure we were supported at every turn. There were some glitches on the buyers team which she was able to rectify quickly once she had the info. Would highly recommend her!!



Veterans United put us in our home in 2012 and we turned to them again in 2025 for a cash out refinance. Jay and his team made it happen! Very smooth process. We constantly receive refinance solicitations in the mail from other companies but I only trust Veterans United!
