We closed on exactly on the date we were supposed to close. Make sure you turn all the paperwork they need from you in a timely fashion and ask questions because they will help you through the process. Do not take offense to the underwriter asking for additional information, because they ask everybody.
Had great service from entire team. Enjoyed buying a home from vetrans united. Would recommend to my friends.
A little better vetting of title companies would be my only suggestion to make the process smoother.
