
I liked what was offered. My only issue was, resubmitting the same paperwork over and over and waiting for the “Powers to be” to review it. Tommy was pretty good with us, pretty professional and always made sure we had what was needed, made sure you didn’t forget anything. I don’t think the Bosses might be as fast as we do, but ok.


Garret and his team were great and easy to work with! They were able to get a refinance when other companies said it couldn’t happen! Thank you for all your help and supporting our Veterans!

Communication was not as good as when I first bought my house ready not so good emailed the other day and still waiting on an answer

They are highly recommended.


I call for questions, cant reach, leave a message, three times with agent, three times with loan agent, I then called operator asked to speak with someone who can help, she asked who did I want to speak with, she said he is at his desk.

It was an easy and "fairly painless" experience. Staff was helpful throughout. Jessica Pratt was a great person to work with. She was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. Can't say enough good things about her.

When I started looking into using my VA benefit of a home mortgage and contacted Katie at Veterans United, from that point she basically just took and put me in the house! I guess what I'm saying is she made it effortless when I was preparing for a major ordeal.






Very smooth process

We were misinformed by Ginny Young just do we would go through worst he loan. We were questioning whether it was worth it because our payment changed very little. Ginny Young told us that we would be receiving a check for $3000-$4000 after closing. Several weeks went by and when we inquired as to where our check was Ginny Young informed us she had made a mistake. We believe we were told that so we wouldn’t back out of the refinance.
We will not recommend nor use Veterans United Home Loans ever again!


The online interface, and preapproval process was simple and efficient. To make things even better Kollin and Shawn were there for us every step of the way helping us make the best decisions. Also, they worked some miracles closing a house in 30 days with Thanksgiving, and Christmas sandwiched in between. They took calls during their off time to make sure that we were able to get things done on time.



Jerry and Taylor were great. The Underwriting process is why I gave a 8/10. If this question were geared more towards Jerry and Taylor's efforts I would give 10/10.


The whole process was very straight forward and everything was explained in detail through out the whole process. Veterans United have created multiple team of experts to tackle any potential issues that come up, even if you have bad credit they send you to another team to fix the issue.
