My loan specialist recommended a title company that I would never recommend to anyone. My closing date did not occur as scheduled and no one contacted me to provide any information. Communication was terrible.

I have had the opportunity to work with Veterans United before when building our home 5 years ago and we decided to go with the preferred lender only because the builder talked us into it. I regretted that decision from day one. When the opportunity came to refinance our loan it was obvious whom I would be contacting and that would be Veterans United. I remembered the very attention to detail and customer service that I received before and I was not disappointed again. From start to finish it was professional, honest and exactly what a Vet would expect. I was treated as family even from the first phone call and it never let up even after the final sign. I will always be an advocate for Veterans United to anyone (Vet or not) and how they treated us and will continue to treat us and will not hesitate to use them again for any type of home loans we intend to use in the future. At times it seemed as if there was a lot of required extra documents that seemed unnecessary or redundant. My to do list was always added to. It would have been nice to have everything that was expected at once. However we had a great experience without any hiccups and went smoothly as we successfully purchased our home!
