I would have given a 10 for the overall process, except for a small miscommunication by the underwriting team telling me a title attorney would come to my house, when in fact we were using our own attorney. Just a minor hiccup, but a detail that should be known by all handling my loan. I will 100% recommend Veterans United to others.
