Easy experience with all of the paperwork and docs. Each step of the way my loan officer was available to thoroughly answer any and all questions.
I would not recommend anyone to use them. They made me lose money and was very unprofessional. I am extremely disappointed with my service from them.

I would recommend services. I would ask that communications be more consistent. Neisha was excellent as well as Tyler except in returning calls. Email was answered pretty consistently.
This was my second time using Veterans United and was once again very pleased with the staff and process to refinance my home. My loan specialist was always available to answer my questions and concerns and I felt they had my back every step of the way. I will not hesitate to use them again for my next home loan needs as they made me fell like part of their family.
The reasons cited above need immediate action and correction. I am happy with where I am not, but could not believe the thing I was warned of happened to me as well. It seems that it must be a trend and we are not the only two people to have this happen.
