When we first started out the loan process went smoothly however there were some inter-department conflicts and errors that affected the timing of this loan. I would not want anyone to go through that part but I will have to give credit to VU because in the end they made it work.
I do feel that Codi King is very inefficient. We are thankful for all that she has done, but we believe and feel that she can do better.

I would never want anyone to go through what I went through from missing my closing time twice, to my closing number wrong 3 times while I’m at the closing table and I have to correct it. Terrible communication throughout the whole process. I reached out to Steve’s supervisor who did absolutely nothing. Just a bad ran organization.
