From the Lighthouse program all the way to closing, every person I came in contact with was professional, courteous, and answered my questions with detailed answers that left me more knowledgeable and satisfied that I understood what was happening at every step of the process. I am very pleased with United Veterans!
Veterans United was amazing to work with. I know they are dealing with many customers and meeting lots of different needs but it never felt that way to me. There quick responses and timely providing of information made me feel like I was at the front of the line and getting all of the attention. The "things to do list" is an awesome tool. Veterans United made it pretty easy to purchase my first home by always giving me the heads up on what needs to be done and keeping me in the loop. Home buying can be pretty stressful but it was pretty simple with working with Veterans United.
