Everyone at Veteran's United provided us with excellent customer service. Our loan team was amazing. Zach Kieffer couldn't have been more helpful. Every time I called or emailed him, he would get back with me within minutes. He was on top of our loan processing every step of the way, and would explain the process whenever I had any questions. Julie was an absolute sweetheart whenever I called her too. She kept in touch with us to see if we needed anything or to let us know what documents needed completed. Paulette Korr was my Real Estate Agent provided for me through Veteran's United. Let me tell you, I will absolutely recommend Paulette to everyone. She was thorough and really on the ball with every aspect of our purchase. Paulette has lots of experience and it shows; she is very knowledgeable, prompt, and helpful. We had lots of laughs too. Working with Paulette was like working with a friend. Like Zach, she was on top of everything from start to finish. I couldn't be happier. We love our new home and feel so blessed. I was a little frustrated with the need to upload or submit the same information or documents multiple time, but overall I was happy with my experience with Veterans United.
Would HIGHLY recommend going with Veterans United. Everyone that I’ve worked with during this process was excellent and made it such a wonderful experience. The ability to have a group of knowledgeable professionals that you can reach by email, phone or text throughout the day made this so easy. The website/portal make staying on track a breeze. You’re able to easily upload documents, see what requirements are due and when, or just general loan information it’s all there.
