Veterans United helped us buy a home while one of us was deployed and the other was across the country managing the household and work during the pandemic. This could have been extremely stressful if not for the amazing team at VU. We are so grateful and highly recommend them!

We are first time home buyers and our experience was fantastic! We had all of our questions answered, explanations given when we were unsure of something or confused, and the process was made easy to understand and follow. If any concerns surfaced, Veterans United was there for us to address them. They were available anytime and easy to communicate with. We have been letting all of our family and friends know that Veterans United is the best option for home buying!
There are so many hurdles and tons of paperwork. (Much more than I ever remember with other home loans). I wish I had rate shopped and paid closer attention to all the closing costs-they really added up).

Horrible communication. Had to resend information several time. Talked to other realtors and they say they will not work with Veterans United. All most walked away from Veterans United in the middle of my journey. Will not recommend to anyone . Just a horrible experience for a lender who does this every day. You would think they would have their act together but not the case. There are other lenders out there who do VA loans. Do some research before committing to Veterans United. WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANTONE.
