Fix your issues with lack of experience or adequate training for new loan officers and get better at effectively communicating with those who are choosing your company to sign away half a million dollars with. Unbelievable and inexcusable is how I would explain 99% of our experience with veterans United. I will not be returning for future real estate purchases. I’m happy to see I am likely to be an outlier customer however that does not mean we had reparations good enough to return.

I was pretty upset over the fact that a simple refi with the same company that did my original loan to well over 90-120 day to get my loan done. I mean i was in signing papers four time before it happened on the 4th time.
