Great communication (one on one and through the web portal) and professionalism throughout the entire team. Although the whole process seemed so fast to us (compared stories about other lenders), we definitely felt like we were being helped rather than just being "processed". The experience extended beyond the Veterans United team as they've surrounded themselves with great real estate agents and brokers as well. The entire experience was less frustrating than it was purchasing our vehicles.
