I would recommend more interface with underwriter to smooth the review of documents needed.
If you are talking with other lenders - stop, call Veterans United and Mr. Scott Davis - this is the only place you need. True professionals, results oriented, calm, collected, first class all the way. I doubt any organization could match Veterans United commitment to service.

If you get the right loan personnel and realtor things can run smooth but with non-communicating and lazy ones buying home will be very difficult.
