Shannon and Rebekah were Easy to work with. Timely. Didn't ask for anything outlandish. Online portal was user friendly and easy to understand. Knowledgeable employees.
Working work you guys was great. Mr. Basinger over in the Lighthouse Program guided us on everything we needed to get done to make sure or credit scores were the strongest possible. I would definitely recommend any veteran that's unsure of their particular situation but are looking to buy a home to give VU a call.

While being an anxiety ridden mess (mostly on my half as I hate waiting) it was an extreme pleasure to work with Tyler and his team. It went very quick overall, and my wife and I own our first home. We are very thankful for VU.
My team did not take there job seriously, I had to upload the same documents twice the manner in which they replied to my messages seem as if I were speaking to my drinking buddies instead of professional personnel from a multi million dollar company serving and depending on veterans.

Overall it was great. DJ was very informative and explained everything so I didn’t get stressed out. Amy was great and always polite but sometimes there were communication issues which lead to me calling DJ to understand what was needed.
