Underwriting review required us to jump through many bureaucratic hoops, and were worded to sound like it was our fault the loan process was not proceding. They need some common sense.

As we were seeking financing for our current home we needed to secure a “Tear 2 VA Loan.” We started working with another lender who had never heard of a tear 2. He told me, “just because you found it on google, doesn’t mean it exists.” Thankfully we found Veterans United and cured the first lender. Veterans United had our Certificate of Eligibility in 1 phone call. There are specific hoops that VA loans have to jump through, but Todd and his team did the jumping for us. We will never work with another financing company for home loan needs.
