There was no communication. My family has used them three times. This last the third time was horrible. Before they would communicate and reach out to check on things. I had to initiate phone calls. And then half the time related to my realtor.

The online portal made providing documents seamless and hassle free.

Despite disclosing a few issues up front and asking if they would become an issue last minute, I was assured that they wouldn’t be. My intent was to side step the mad scramble for documents in the final hour since I have a job and dropping everything to address these were not an option.
They tried the mad scramble anyway. My file sat on the underwriters dear for several days only to be kicked back for the very same issue I disclosed on day 1.
Everything got done, Will gets credit for that, but the underwriter is garbage at their job.
