I don’t think there is enough space for me to talk about just how amazing Veterans United is. Specifically Matt Landis for going above and beyond our expectations to get us into our home and the rest of our loan team. I’m sure we had one of the most difficult situations you could ever deal with due to the negligence of another company. But Matt and the team took over, came in and made everything happen SO FAST and kept us informed every step of the way which was our favorite part. It’s very rare that you find a business that actually has your best interest at heart. Thank you so much Matt for helping us and answering every crazy question we had as first time homeowners! We will for the rest of our lives refer all of our veteran and active duty friends and family to Veterans United, because I know for sure they’ll never find a better company. And hopefully they’ll get lucky enough to be blessed with a team as amazing as ours was.
If you're thinking of using VU just don't. Save yourself the hassle. This will be the last time I use their services for home buying.

We can’t say enough about how great the experience was using Vetrens United. We did go through another lender initially and it was horrifying. We are first time homebuyers so we didn’t know a lot. And a previous lender was not great with information or communication in general. Vetrens United on the other hand was absolutely amazing. They were so informative and patient with us when we had so many questions. They were quick to respond back with any answers to her questions. They made the whole process very seamless and we would definitely use them again in the future. We even recommended them to some of our family.
As a veteran, I researched many lenders for our recent home purchasing experience. When I came across Veterans United, I honestly stopped my search and looked no further. I was SOLD instantly. To find there was a Home Loan broker that specialized in VA loans impressed me immediately! From the get go, the process was seamless and stress free. Our loan officer along her team were tremendous to work with! Underwriting was equally as impressive as they were able to meet our time sensitive closing, which drastically reduced our stress of moving from being a tenant to home ownership. We would absolutely use VU in the future.
