Overall experience went well, the finance team was great. They kept in contact with us about everything. It was a long process but it was great. I didn’t believe there was so much work in buying a new house.

Set backs & delays were frustrating but Craig was calmly reassuring & supportive. UW stalled us many times but the biggest obstacles were outside VU & not under their control. We went to the house today and it was definitely worth the aggravation!
