If you are a veteran, Veterans United is the only way to go ! You will recognize immediately that your service is respected and that they are personally invested. Our real estate agent referred us to a local VA loan expert with 30 years experience and after several days of analysis she said it was a no go. I found Veterans United online and submitted an application. I had a preapproval letter within a few days. With that in hand we were able to submit our offer and secure one of the last remaining homes in a new home development. Any delays, and we would have lost the home.

Fix your issues with lack of experience or adequate training for new loan officers and get better at effectively communicating with those who are choosing your company to sign away half a million dollars with. Unbelievable and inexcusable is how I would explain 99% of our experience with veterans United. I will not be returning for future real estate purchases. I’m happy to see I am likely to be an outlier customer however that does not mean we had reparations good enough to return.

They referred me to Mr Ribau, my realtor, who understood exactly what my home buying goals and needs were. The team provided by Veterans United, including all those behind the scenes, eased the apprehension and worry I had and put me in the home of my dreams. I was pretty upset over the fact that a simple refi with the same company that did my original loan to well over 90-120 day to get my loan done. I mean i was in signing papers four time before it happened on the 4th time.
