I've gone through them for a VA home twice. I even call Mitch Casteel from time to time to check rates. He's always friendly and takes tge time to talk to me.

Good company, just be ready for a long process. Not only that, but if your loan officer is changed, be ready to repeat yourself to the new loan officer and load same documents over and over again.
