If I ever have to buy another house, I will use VU. The process is so simple and quick, that it seemed like as soon as I started the process, it was finished. The website is so easy to use and I was always sent a notification when I needed to go look at a document. They work very hard to address those pesky situations that always happen right before closing - and are in constant communication so that you are never "in the dark" about what is going on. I am so happy that I called VU for this process and now that my new home purchase is complete, they are helping me refinance my investment property. If only they did car loans.
