The title company coming to my house to sign all of the paperwork was nice!The only annoying thing about my experience was when my loan closing got delayed because a new appraisal was needed. I am pretty sure the value came back as what Mark originally put on the paperwork! I know you have to protect your interests, so I don't hold it against your company.
