This was a re-finance. Steve did both the original and this work. Plus, I have recommended him to two other veterans. My son is already working with him. I NEVER accept "gifts" in return for a rating. Nor would I ever accept a bonus or finder's fee. I have told my family and friends about Steve because they are family and friends, and he is the best.
