Its my second time using my VA loan benefits through Veterans United. Heidi and her team were always available, reliable and informative. I never got the sense that VU was not working in my best interest.
I was hesitant to work with a company that doesn't have a storefront near by, but the many positive reviews steered us to VU and I'm very glad they did!
This was a very pleasant process from start to finish. The use of electronic documents made the process so fast and very efficient at moving the application forward. If anything needed clarification or explanation it could be resolved in a matter of a few minutes in most cases. Very pleased!
