While the home buying process was relatively easy at times a felt like some of the ask were unrealistic, or I wasn’t informed completely about some aspects. Time lines are really short. Which created much undue stress, especially for an individual who works full time. The bombardment of emails the first day was overwhelming.All staff interactions were always positive, which was needing as buying a house can be extremely challenging.
I loved how they helped me every step of the way, to help me buy my first home. They have even helped me after the purchase of my home.
