Stop asking for an NGB 23. It is not actually necessary and delays people in their home buying process. It took almost 3 weeks for me to move past that and after all that hassle I did not even need the form. I was homeless for almost 2 weeks, without that 3 week period I would have made it in time to have a home to move to. There should be no reason to delay veterans that have already been through so much to have to go through that. Crystal and Rick did a great job at the end to get me in to my home faster and took care of a small fee that was placed on the loan up front for me. Overall, I am happy with my experience and the end result. I will recommend Veterans United to my fellow Army buddies, but caution them to get the application started as soon s possible.

I love to have seen a review like this before I went with your company. How you guys have such a high review is beyond me. The only good thing I can say is Ross is a patient man and even tempered but sometimes you need to motivate others to get things accomplished. I shouldn't have done all the work I had to, for that I could have used someone local, next time I will, lesson learned.

Very smooth process and such an easy app for reviewing and signing documents. Tyler kept in touch the entire way, provided updates in a timely manner, and even reached out after closing.
