I hope this review shows up somewhere. Veterans United is about the most professional team I have ever worked with in any setting. They took a very stressful situation and walked me through ever single step of the way. If you’re a veteran and you don’t use Veterans United... you’re doing it wrong.
Veterans United is a great mortgage company. I’ve used them on my last 2 home purchases. If I ever need to move or buy another house again, I’ll definitely be calling them. Sam Brown was great to work with, helped us out so much and made sure we always knew what was going on and answered all our questions.

The process was simple enough, but depending on the loan team you draw, you could be in for a very stressful and uninformed process. Hopefully you will be able to speak to your loan team when you are unsure of not confident of some part of the home loan process. My experience is probably not indicative of Veteran United as a whole but our entire experience with this team left a lot to be desired from a customer service standpoint.
