Overall, the experience was exceptional, especially doing it over the Internet because I am in the Philippines and I bought the house in South Carolina. That was a big challenge and every challenge was me head on and accomplished very professionally.
The trip isn't over as of yet for our family until we make our move soon. But overall, a fantastic team to be with! The process was smooth and painless. The only complaint I have is a lack of communication on the time line for payoff’s for the previous mortgage and credit card. I need to know this for budgeting purposes.
