Jamie and the team were amazing!!! She felt like family, literally a sistah from another mistah. She answered a billion of my questions (and yes even my not so thought out ones). As well as kept me in check and disciplined so that I could finally purchase my first home. I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience with Jamie and the VU team!! If any of you out there are questioning should I got with VU and Jamie. I’m telling you that you can’t go wrong.

This was my second consecutive home purchase with the assistance of Veterans United Home Loans. I hope I never must use them again for a purchase but that's only because I have my forever home. But refinance? In a New York minute, I'll be calling the team at Veterans United. I appreciate their hard work, and transparent communication. They gave a timeline, and they stuck to their end of the deal. We were off by a couple of days, but that was 100% on me. Feel free to pass them the baton. The Veterans United portal page and app were super easy to navigate. Uploading documentation was a breeze, reviewing the "To Do" list was very straight forward, and the notifications were easy to understand and take action on.
I've bought homes in the past and it's always been stressful and disjointed. With Veterans United you know exactly what you're getting and the process is well laid out. The different educational videos were very informative and easy to watch on their web site and app.
I also appreciated having an entire team of people that were dedicated to my loan and making my experience the best it could be. It was so nice to know that no matter what was going on during the process I was going to be able to get in touch with my loan officer, Donnie or one of his highly qualified team members such as Lexi.

The entire team was fantastic, start to finish. Could not have asked for a better experience with everyone, information was excellent and swapping contracts and all kinds of interesting roadblocks was incredibly smooth. I would suggest anyone who can work with VU to do so, they're excellent.
