A minor issue with closing. I checked and did not have any to dos before I went to bed the night before closing. At just after midnight, thus on closing day a few items were added to my todo list. I woke the next morning and headed to closing. It seems the added to dos were necessary for VU to wire the money, as I had not signed them, nor knew I should check the website...my closing was delayed a few minutes. I stopped by home, signed the documents and the wire was sent before I got to the closing. In the grand scheme, no issue, but seemed odd to have items added after midnight with a closing in the morning without some type of email, call or text .
