Veterans United is great. Very easy application process, you can do the whole thing including uploading documents via your smartphone. They are very responsive and definitely look out for your best interests. They had to call my sellers lawyer 3 times a day for a week to get a response. I definitely recommend Veterans United. I had a wonderful experience with them.

Kath and her team were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I can’t say enough good things about this team as they made my refinance really easy. Communication was great. I don’t think they need your business, seems like they have figured this whole thing out and they can help who they feel like helping. The reps I worked with didn’t have the time for me, told me I wasn’t going to get a loan for the house I wanted, which I closed on? Told me I can go to another company and it wouldn’t bother them? Told me everything is fine, we have plenty of time and then missed closing. Also only told me we were going to miss the day before because I kept calling and requesting an update.if I hadn’t called, I’m wondering if anybody would have realized that we missed closing or if this deal would have ever went through?
