Interesting experience. Felt that timelines for things like appraisal and appraisal rechecks should be adjusted due to the change in time frame allowed by VA. Missed initial closing deadline due to VA changes. Overall a good experience with easy to follow instructions and the portal is fantastic. Allows the borrower to see what documents are left to upload so there are no last minute scrambling for needed information on the part of the borrower.
