Only a small snag was around closing cost, there were 3 emails that said final closing costs. So it felt like they were the actual final closing cost, if it wasn't the final it felt like it should have said estimate or non-final closing cost. So future users don't have to go to the bank again to get another cashier check or do another wire transfer and may be possibly incur additional costs. This is the only issue we had in the entire process, otherwise we had stellar support and were kept greatly informed.

Veterans United helped walked me through the entire process from the second I inquired about a home loan giveaway up to my closing date. Credit specialist, finance advisors, etc.. they are all great and have your best interest.
The underwriter was asking for irrelevant items. And additional items that were included in my escrow in which I explained to my loan officer that I was going to take care of these items before closing are now incurring late charges to my individual accounts due to wait time for delivery of the checks. When confronting loan officer with issues occurring through the process he always tried to push blame on the client. Failed to listen to explained disclosures early in the process.

Be careful with terms. VU is the best to work with I have seen though. Just make sure you haver a good understanding of the terms of what you are doing
