This is my second time using Veterans United and just as before it was a pleasant experience. I’ve heard of horror stories during the home buying process and I’ve been fortunate to NEVER experience anything other than complete professionalism and a fast and stress free process.
John Sullivan and his team are simply amazing. They made the home buying process as stress free as possible for me. The biggest issue was getting a letter from my employer to verify income/employment. Other than that everything else was smooth sailing. As a veteran that has PTSD and a newly mom to twin girls I greatly appreciate all of their hard work and making my journey to home-buying a positive one. Would definitely recommend Veterans United and John to all veterans. Thank you guys so much!
I’m not sure I would recommend them if you are a first time home buyer. I had a lot of questions, and things were not always explained to me appropriately in advance. The original estimates for my monthly payments were really far off from what they ended up being in my closing documents, and it took several days and pushing back the closing date to get it sorted out.
I would highly recommend Veterans United for buying a home. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. They had very good video’s on each step process to watch that explain the steps of buying a home. Especially for first time home buyers. We found these very helpful.

Veterans United helped us tremendously to get into our new home and making sure we didn't get in over our heads. Very straight forward and concerned for us which we needed to keep us from getting too industrious. Never felt like they were in it for the money, they were definitely there for the veteran!
