I have used Veterans United twice now. The first time was to buy my dream ranch where the wife and I are raising cattle, sheep, horses and other livestock. I then refinanced with them to get a lower interest rate and will refinance when the rates drop a lot more. Veterans United looks out for Veterans when other financial institutions will not.

A better than average home buying experience.



The only recommendation I would give would be to offer more incentives. There were multiple other lenders offering up to 4.5% down.

The stress of moving can cause a lot of unnecessary stress. My team was understanding and supportive through the process. Bill was realistic and whole heartily honest with the process. I was able to work with the team to find my home in NC, while getting all my personal property from NY and NC moved in within 21 days.This team took my situation from being homeless to finding a home where I was closer to a community I love and miss.
