I wish there were better levels of email communication and not using the additional thread methods of emails. When I opened my emails it was from a previous email that has requested information I had already provided. In my opinion each email should be a new email, not an existing email with added instructions.
The process from an initial inquiry to the final steps of closing was very painless. Everyone I dealt with was very courteous and professional and helpful throughout the process, what a great experience! I have purchased several homes in the past.
