Working with Veterans United was an amazing experience and very smooth process. Communication was effective and everyone was aware of all the steps that were taken. I couldn’t say enough about my team! They worked hard every step of the way with helping us closing on time with no issues. Once again, thank you all for everything.
Paperwork took time but ok with that.

I appreciated the step by step help. Mason and his team were all very helpful and great to work with!
Trey was a joy to work with. With so many hurdles that came in the way, Trey was patient with my question regarding the paperwork and the financial process to being Under Contract. I will surely refer friends and family to him! Thank you again and I look forward to our future endeavors.

Joel, Sarah, and Sarah made the home buying process so easy. With their constant communication we felt more confident and knowledgeable throughout the entire thing.
Fantastic service. All very polite and professional. I don’t know what they are paid, but I do know it’s not enough for how incredible they are. Give them all raises!

Great program! Very structured and the team was very helpful. They really showed their care for us as Veterans. Highly recommend using them in your home buying.
Thank you for everything.
The struggles that we had with utilizing the VA loan program, in lieu of any other home buying program, are that there seemed to be many items that we could have been told that we needed prior to even finding the home that we purchased. These items could have been located through the military and such and already have been loaded prior to finding, beginning and purchasing the home. This delayed us and caused a lot of stress for everyone involved. Additionally, we were not informed of any assistance programs that were available to us such as the first time home buyers classes that assist with costs and others that may even exist. Most importantly, we were also under the impression that the VA loan would be a zero down loan and yet we still ended up paying $13,300 all said and done. This was money that we could have and were intending on using for moving, updating, and furnishing costs. As of yet we are still not even clear why we had to come up with so much money or where it all went to. That is not a small sum of money by any stretch of the imagination. I would warn anyone that we may recommend of this fact and strongly suggest that the VA do a better job of itemizing the costs and giving a logical and understandable reason for each and every dollar both verbally as well as in writing.
I was pleasantly surprised by Veterans United. I didn’t know what to expect from them, but when they were dropped in front of us, I was sure glad we went with them. I especially like the group text chain so I could communicate with my team if I had a quick thought.
