Dan and Michelle were absolutely fantastic through the whole process. Always very helpful and quick to respond to any question or worry I had. Due to circumstances with the covid 19 and many offices being shut down, and my unusual need for replacement documents from the VA, the whole situation was more lengthy and difficult. However, despite all of that they were very, very helpful and supportive through every single difficult step. I simply could not be more thankful and grateful for such wonderful people to work with.

This is our second loan with Veterans United. The whole process was easy and quick. I would highly recommend them.
They made my first home purchase go very smooth. I had no problems from them and my loan officer was constantly in contact with me and my realtor. I will probably use them next time I buy a house too.

I recommend this company, but if you receive Lynn Heath as your loan coordinator I would request someone else before it’s too late. The company is great benefits, but your loan team can make or break your experience. My experience was a lot more stressful and hectic than it needed to be. Communication was poor if there even was any at all. I had to call customer service 2 separate times to complain just to get my loan team to do their job. I would ask questions and not get answers, or get incorrect answers. My team made me feel like I was a bother to them on many occasions. They made mistakes that I had to spend hours fixing. If you’re going to use this company, make sure you learn about your loan team first and read reviews on the members.
