While they are very thorough in their process, the website is nice I always felt like I was dealing with a used car salesman The number is changed so frequently even up to the hour on closing I feel like they were trying to put more money in their pocket and not save me money as a veteran but they use the name Veterans United when it doesn't feel that way.

The online processes moved smoothly and was easy to use. Overall my experience with United Veterans was a pleasure and I would definitely us then again.
