A positive attitude from friendly professionals helped to make my home purchase experience memorable.
We purchased our home from overseas during a time when we couldn't travel to the U.S. due to COVID-19 restrictions. Although this was a challenging situation, the entire Veterans United Team was there to assist us throughout.
While the process was streddful at times, the team at Veterans United did their best to mitigate that stress. I couldnt imagine this process without their professional and caring assistance.
Overall, the digital docs experience was excellent. The team, I am sure are fine people, but maybe a leadership change is in order.

Process was simple and easy to get approved. Andy Miller was fantastic to work with. Was kept in the loop during entire process, and had everything explained to me in detail as I was a first time home-buyer. I can honestly say I had a good experience with Veterans United. Everything is straight forward, just be prepared with the necessary documents: W-2's, DD-214 etc. There is a little more involved of course, but it all depends on your efforts. Whether you qualify or not it doesn't hurt to try, at least you will know what needs work.
As a veteran you want to be in good hands will purchasing a home veteran United is that trusted company. Very attentive to your needs and going the extra mile to answer all question. There website was very easy to upload documents required and it very easy to contact your loan officers and assistants for any question.
Good luck for a future home seekers, United Veteran will be like family to you.
Danielle was great too. She helped me understand the preliminary closing disclosure and how the numbers were generated. When you're spending that much cash and in-debiting yourself for several decades of your life, it helps to have someone explain the process and assuage anxiety over a lifetime purchase.
