They did everything to help me with my hone . I had a great and short experience.

Underwriting was a headache due documents were provided, like orders, that were cleared good to go but then the lender kicked back because it wasn't acceptable. Would recommend a better set of checks in place to ensure all paperwork is truly good and will meet all standards.

The bigger mortgage companies just see you as a number. Veterans United treats you like a person and a friend. I would recommend them ANY DAY to my friends, family and perfect stranger for that matter :)

My experience was great, at first a lot of info changed hands. But its necessary. Thanks to all that was involved..I truly appreciated all the work by all...😀😁😊

I am so appreciate of the easy process! The online features made communicating easy with uploading documents and checking status updates. My loan office; Durrell Cope and her team were phenomenal! The entire home buying process from beginning to end was a smooth process. Thank you Veterans United!

Beware, Veterans United will sell your loan just a few days after the closing...ever heard of a company called "Mr. Cooper"? We have now!Beware, not all their "loan specialists" are as smart or professional as they should be. Our "loan specialist" did not seem to have any concept of standard accounting practices, much less know how to deal with the individual he was working for in an efficient and guiding manner. Because of misinformation, or simple negligence, our closing was delayed a week and cost us hundreds of dollars in motel bills, restaurant bills, rental fees for the moving truck, etc., etc., etc.We do not recommend Veterans United to anyone. Shop for your mortgage loan company and choose one which will service you and your loan for the entire term of the loan; and preferably a company where you can talk with your loan advisor face-to-face.
